Our process to manage a complaint is divided into three steps:
(I) RECEIVING OF COMPLAINT
Complaints could be indicated through the following contacts:

In order to maintain registration, it is suggested to follow up on each call with an e-mail.
Complaints will be analyzed by our management.
If any problems are found, corrective actions will be taken in order to avoid any other complaint.
During all the process Blackwater Testing srl will track and record any step, maintaining continuous communication with the complainer.
An estimated time per each step will be communicated, timing will not assume a binding commitment.
