Blackwater Testing Lab considers its Quality Manual and the system built on the Quality Manual, following the prescription of UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005, fundamental tools to improve technical performance and customer satisfaction. Blackwater Testing Lab assures that each component of its staff is completely free from any internal or external pressure. Blackwater Testing Lab is committed:

(a) To maintain and improve its own Quality System relevant to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
(b) To perform all the activities and the tests in order to fulfill the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, customers' choice and requirements, and technical requirements of authority bodies.
(c) To perform tests following official protocol standards and to consider deviation from standard methods only due to requests of the customer.
(d) To guarantee impartiality in performing laboratory activities, avoiding commercial pressure, financial pressure, and/or other pressures, which may compromise the laboratory work.
(e) To guarantee the competencies of the crucial staff on the quality system developed by the management, in order to simplify the application of it in the activities of the lab.
(f) To research and development solutions to improve laboratory performance through continuous training of the employees and maintaining the laboratory facility, machine, and tools in perfect condition.
(g) To have the most honest and complete communication with the customers, about the technical and commercial requirements.
(h) To aim for the quality policy objectives, following this Quality System, without any compromise.
